A number of two-storey villas house the bedrooms in the Seaside Grand Hotel Residencia. Depending on the category, the view from each of the colonial-style rooms in our 5 star hotel looks out either on to the large pool area or on to the gardens. The cosy villas convey luxury and privacy. All rooms have a screened wooden balcony, or a terrace with elegant teak furniture.

You have the choice of 73 rooms from categories A, B or C:

• Category A rooms face inland. The view from these is over our carefully maintained gardens.
• 43 category B rooms look out on to the exotic vegetation of Gran Canaria in the gardens of our 5 star hotel.
• The 20 category C rooms look over to the well-kept pool area, which is tastefully illuminated at dusk. These rooms also have a kettle for you to make tea or coffee.

Standard rooms in the 5 star Grand Hotel Residencia

Our fully air-conditioned rooms, which can also be heated, in addition to all the usual amenities feature a CD and DVD player and wireless internet connection. At reception we have a wide selection of DVDs which you can borrow free of charge. The flatscreen televisions in the rooms are made by the renowned Geman manufacturer Loewe, and are already programmed to receive a large number of international channels. Our friendly staff bring water, fresh fruit and a daily newspaper to your room each day.
We are the only hotel on Gran Canaria to have installed heating in our rooms, for colder winter nights. The bathrooms have a bath with a separate toilet and bidet. In the ground floor rooms there is also under-floor heating. Our 5 star hotel prizes attention to detail: all the toiletries are from the top brand L’Occitane, the furniture is designer pieces made from solid wood.
